Skipping episodes sky max

Hello, have been watching Grimm on sky max and for some reason every time I try and resume the next episode after a watching session the episode I am resuming from it skips ahead roughly 10 episodes. what is going wrong? this has happened a few times now.

While not the end of the world, it would be great if I didn't have to check.
