Since speaking to your assistant my sky q needs rebooting every morning

My sky q box and mini boxes needs rebooting every morning, this is after speaking to a sky tec person .  He completely reset the system is ther something missing ?

@Catherine70  I'm afraid you're not talking to Sky customers services, we are all customers helping other customers and have no idea what the agent has or hasn't done.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
