Signal on telly keeps freezing the comes up blue saying no satellite signal, any ideas what's causing this ?

Either the satellite has fallen out of the Sky or your dish alignment needs checking.

 

I suspect the latter - give Sky a call to get an engineer to check it.

Looks like your Sky Dish is losing the satellite signal @Lilias+Coyne 

Have you checked to see if there is any tree or vegetation growth in the line of sight of the dish.

If not best to call Sky for an Engineer to check your dish and LNB.

If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.
