Signal strength 50 poor picture

Over the last couple of months we have been getting pixelated picture /freezing /and total loss across most channels .

We put it down to bad weather but now its still doing this and getting worse and the weather is sunny .

Have an Sky engineer booked for 17th July which ais a long time with crap reseption .

Been through all the simple checks but we are wondering if it could be trees which have grown higher blocking the signal if so sky will have to move the dish ?

It certainly could be. The engineer will be able to check one way or the other, and will look at options for relocating the dish if so.
