I currently cannot watch some of the channels on my sky Q box. BBC 1 and 2, itv and many more have such poor reception that they are unwatchable. Ch 4 seems ok? I thought that the issue was a neighbour's tree that is growing out of control and blocking the signal. If that is correct, how come some channels are ok?
Anyway when I try to book an engineer visit the earliest is 2 weeks away! So I have virtually no TV to watch for two weeks! That's not great when I'm paying £90/a month.
Is it possible to get them to come out quickly?
