Hi @SergiuM   If you are looking for some help from fellow customers, I'm sorry but we will need a few clues. For example, is it No Signal or No Satellite Signal?

Hi @SergiuM   Have you checked the satellite cables are correctly connected to the Sky Q Main box. Has anything changed recently. To help you we need more than two or three word answers. When did this start happening.
