Sick and tired of internet drop off, sky q mini boxes disconnecting.
ive contacted you several times but always ignored with lower than guaranteed internet speed, weekly resetting of router, devices etc. paying thousands a year for a service which has sadly just become unreliable. Over 20 years with sky and I'm virtually DONE!
