Impossible to speak to an advisor after engineer failed to fix my problem

I have been trying to talk to an advisor , why is it impossible to do so ????

I had an engineer visit on Friday to fix my satellite dish it's still giving me problems !!!

I have been a Sky customer for 24 years I'm appalled at your service so what can you do for me ??

This is a primarily customer helps customer forum - you need to call Sky again...  What's the issue in speaking to someone?

There may well be a queue to speak to an agent but providing you're try to call during their operating hours you should get through. Are you in the ROI? If so Sky Ireland Customer Service is not open over the weekends.
