Settling up sky in other room.

We are moving our house around. We had sky in living room and want to move it to other room. We have plugged in box and can watch catch up but not live tv due to satellite. How can this be resolved?

Hi @KT271

To continue full function the Main Q box needs to be connected to the Satellite dish by the twin cables.

If the location of the new position is on an external wall and within a reasonable distance to the dish then it would be possible for Sky to relocate the dish cables.  This would be chargeablenand cost in the region of £65

If the other room already has a twin satellite feed, it's probably not connected at the dish end.
