Watching Tele on channel 4 ,then the picture just went dark,is this due to using less electricity at times they don't want you to use .I'm finding it hard now to watch my TV in comfort because brightness altered yet cannot find how to bring it back.bad for everyone's eyes it's a strain .so sky what have you done and bring my Tele back to normal .

Re: Settings altered
It's nothing Sky has done or do to conserve energy.
By the way you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.
What Sky TV platform do you subscribe to?
Sky customer since 2001
with: Sky Q | Sky Superfast Broadband | Sky Talk | Sky Mobile

• Sky Plus (Satellite box)
• Sky Q (Satellite box)
• Sky Glass (Internet TV)
• Sky Stream (Internet box)

Re: Settings altered
Sky Q doesn't have any settings that dim the picture. What make/model is your TV? It's likely to be a setting on the TV itself as they all have energy saving modes these days which may have been inadvertently switched on.
