Setting up Sky TV

Hi, I am currently a sky broadband customer. I would like to set up Sky Q TV and wanted to find out how to go about it. Also wanted to note that I would like the Sky TV set up to be for 2 rooms in my flat and was wondering if I need 2 Sky boxes.
