Service Checker - Problem with Sky Q Minibox

The service checker has a red warning against my Sky Q but both my main Sky box and mini boxes are working but can't remove the warning red triangle and exclamation mark

If your Q boxes are all working correctly,  forget about the service checker

The socket on the back of thr sky q mini box is faulty and makes sparking noises so new box required
