Series Link Issues
3 Issues.
1. Sunday Supplement just returned on Sky SPorts but wont let me series link, WHY?
2. I watch Ramseys Kitchen Nightmare USA.Series linked current series but it also records older series currently being shown. If I take the link off it stops for all not happening for any oter current recordings.
3. Normally record and watch Celebrity Gogglebox. No current series however sries link now activated on E4 celebrity version for last series ?
Strange that it seems to be C4 or E4 each time. Have written to C4 and they say it is a Sky issue re data programming and nothing they have done.
Any help. My software is up to date and using Sky Q.

Re: Series Link Issues
@Glassback1 you could raise these issues with the Viewer Relations team. I suspect for the C4/E4 issues they'll tell you that it's an issue with the metadata provided to them. I can't imagine someone at Sky sits and manually types in what C4/E4 have passed on to them. More likely it's entered automatically and the data is either missing or inaccurate at source. Six of one and half a dozen of the other, perhaps.
If you wish, you could email them at viewerr@sky.uk

Re: Series Link Issues
I had emailed C4/E4 and they categorically denied any responsibility for this. They referred me to contact SKY as they say it is a systems issue.
I can live with it albeit it is so annoying especially going away on holiday and coming back to loads of recorded stuff you dont want.
Keep trying to speak to someone at Sky but without success as keep going around in circles trying to identify fault.
Thanks for the email address I shall send them my query and see what they say. Fully expect them to blame C4/E4.

@Glassback1 you are correct Sky will more than likely inform you its C4/E4 problem.
As @Mark39 illudes to the channel broadcaster is responsible for updating the Sky EPG with the meta data, synopsis and series links etc. Some broadcasters are better than others at doing this.

Re: Series Link Issues
Cheers, I will see what they say but accept unlikely to be the answer I hope for.
strange primarily being 1 programme on the whole.
With Sunday Supplement being a Sky programme hope this oversight can be corrected or explanation provided why.
I will advise in due course.
