Second sky q mini

I recently ordered an additional sky q mini box. However, after connecting it to the main box and broadband, when I turn it on the following happens:

- the first mini q box stops working and disconnects from the internet

- the main box disconnects from the internet

- I have to reset the whole system and reconnect with broadband

We know it is not a broadband issue

 

I have noticed that on my account management page that the only products showing as attached to my account is a main box and one sky q mini. The second does not appear.

 

Any help?
