okay, so I have 2 remotes, both are EC202, one is connected via Bluetooth the other is used to control the tv volume.
the one that is not connected via Bluetooth is the remote that has the play/pause unresponsive button. The button can work, if you know the part of the button to press, the angle to press and the force needed it works just fine.
i have switched the remotes Bluetooth, so remote A uses Bluetooth no problem with play/pause, I put remote B onto Bluetooth I still have the issue.
is the remotes board dirty, can I clean it? Can I use compressed air to clean it?
I am not an expert or anywhere near, but I can solder good enough to replace switches, chips and LED lights on some devices.
am I able to get a free replacement remote? I got the current ones via sky vip, else we would be using the sky q touch remote.
thank you

Hi @Gaogier
Check the following link and it will lead to a form for a replacement remote.

In the meantime if you have an Apple device with Sky Go you can set up a virtual remote to control your Q boxes.
See following link.

Thank you, should get the new remote soon.
Another question, one of our sky Q mini boxes the sensor (I believe). Has been blown inwards so you can see the insides of the box (like the circuit board). I can't seem to find where to get a replacement mini box, everything I have seen online doesn't include a replacement just how to fix common problems like connecting to main sky q box. The remote for this mini box works just as good as before it blew inwards, we don't known what happened or even when it happened as there is no difference.

Hi @Gaogier
Best to contact Sky directly and explain the issue and ask them to replace the mini.
