Second mini box doesn’t show apps

Why does a message stating 'sorry, there are currently no programmes' show when I try and use the apps

Hi @Nedge77   Have you tried a power reboot of the Main Sky Q box followed by the Mini box?

Yes. They show on one mini box but not the other
