I don't have a search bar on paramount +

@Fredtheted123 It's in the menu on the left hand side. Press left on your remote to access it.

You need to open the Paramount+ app first.
Then hitting left will allow you to select Search.

It sounds like you're only accessing the limited Paramount+ section within the Sky Cinema menu.
You need to open the full Paramount+ app by pressing Home, scrolling down to Apps then selecting Paramount+.

I can't open up the app because it's not showing the free with sky cinema option. It's asking for a monthly payment. I have activated my account and my sky states the free option is the current one. I have refreshed my apps and still open it without the pay monthly option

Do you have Sky cinema?

Yes I have done all that and yes my current account with paramount states I'm registered for free. But the actual app does not state that. So I can't open it

@Fredtheted123 have you actually signed in on the paramount + app on your Q box using the email address and password you used to set up your paramount+ account

Yes I have signed on but it only gives me the option of paying monthly. It does not have the option of free by being a sky cinema customer

@Fredtheted123 that then sounds as though your account is not set up correctly

Yes I have done that. There is no option for the 0 payment for a sky cinema customer. I have just gone through the process again. I go on paramount app and press the paramount plus button. It states I'm currently on the pay 0 as I'm an sky cinema customer I then come out of there , go paramount plus app and sign in. Then there is only 3 options come up asking me to to pay monthly I

You may receive an email or a private message inviting you to have a private conversation on the Community with a Sky Expert.
Look out for a chat bubble at the bottom of your screen inviting you to a chat
If you are using the Safari browser please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the chat bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.
