Screen says no satellite signal but settings says satellite signal is fine

I get a blue screen saying there is a problem with the satellite signal (affects all channels) but when I go into settings it shows the satellite signal as being fine (Locked, strength 90, quality 90)

I carried out a reset of the box and then reset the LNB type back to SCR. All worked OK then.

Could be a slight misaligned dish. Take a look at the troubleshooting here

It may then give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer to check the alignment of your dish. If you’re on a communal dish system in the UK you’ll have to contact your landlord or building management company rather than Sky.
