Screen not appearing HDCP

Hello my sky won't turn on,

 

it displays the message "this screen for not support HDCP. Try connecting your HDM cable or use a different screen"

Hi @SusannahBarratt 

Remove both ends of the HDMI cable between the Q box and the TV.

And then refit it.

See if that corrects it.

Are you using the Sky provided HDMI cable or your own,

 

If it's the latter I recommend changing it to the sky supplied one.
