Screen is black

None of my channels are working. The viewing card is in correctly.

@Nazma241627 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

Hi @Nazma241627   If your screen is black then it probably means that your TV is on the wrong HDMI input.

I would power reboot both TV and once up and running the Sky Q box to play safe.
