When I turn my on from standby mode. The screen keep flick to a black blank screen. If I reset the Q box (sometimes more than once is necessary) it resolves the issue. I've checked the tv with other inputs and it's fine.

Hi @Skittlessteve I am not saying it is in your case, but a black screen normally indicates the TV is on the wrong HDMI input. Have you checked all cables to ensure that they are seated properly and are you using the short Sky Q supplied HDMI lead.
