My tv is only 1 year old (Walker), so it can't be that.

Unfortunately it absolutely can, particularly with a model from that end of the market.

Changing the HDMI cable to a known good one would be the first thing to try, but note that nothing more than something like an Amazon Basics lead should be required.

Re: Screen does not support HDCP - HELP

Having the same issue here all of a sudden. Changed to a Sony TV in January, three months ago now.

Did the usual unplugs, reconnecting HDMI. Nothing fixed it. Last thing I thought to try before swapping hdmi cables was to use the Sony TV's reset function. It's done the job for now. For how long, we shall see. 🤨

Re: Screen does not support HDCP - HELP

Don't worry,  99.9 percent of the time it will be a fault in the sky box.

I haven't had a sky q box yet that doesn't have one fault or another,  they will try and make you believe that it's your tv or cable.

Like you I have had this start about 2 months ago, soon as I unplug the sky box for only one second and it reboots, I have fixed the faulty TV and repaired the cheep cable (top of the range btw).

5k 4k tv only 10 months old, funny never had this on my old faulty q box which got replaced for a corrupt hard drive.

Will get them to replace this one when I have a spare 4 months to get in live contact with someone from that lovely company.
