Says - recording cannot be played on this device. Why is when when other recordings play ok?

I record all F1 events and normally have no issue playing them. But today it says I cannot play on this device- main TV with Q box connected is OK but will not play on secondary TV as usual or on my iPhone.

As @nigea99 indicates, a Q Mini box or a Go app cannot play back a UHD recording (even when they have UHD screens) and a main Q box can't render a UHD recording down to HD for viewing on such hardware.  Some users choose to record both the UHD and HD F1 broadcasts for exactly this reason.
