Says I do not have internet connection ,(I have my own internet not through sky ) when I put in the password it says unable to connect . But my internet is fine as I have wifi on my mobile and my play station works

Hi @Luke51 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on?
