It may be slightly out of alignment which wouldn't be obvious. If it displays no satellite signal take a look at the troubleshooting here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal-sky-q It may then give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer to check the alignment of your dish. Be aware that if you’re on a communal dish system in the UK you’ll have to contact your landlord or building management company rather than Sky.
