Some channela dont work and states problem with satellite signal,some do work. We have had bad weather but strange that some work and some dont. Ive done reset and checked connectivity and not changed anything

@Richstephens3 If it displays no satellite signal take a look at the troubleshooting here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal-sky-q It may then give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer to check the alignment of your dish. Be aware that if you’re on a communal dish system in the UK you’ll have to contact your landlord or building management company rather than Sky.
