I have been through the checks on the phone and I am still getting the same error message

Satellite signal locked. This apparently needs an engineer but i would prefer a phone call right now to check if thats the case?

'Locked' is a good thing in this context, as in 'the dish is locked on to the satellite location'.
'Unlocked' is a problem.
