Satellite connection
Turned on sky box's this morning, the sky box isn't showing channels, no satellite. Q box and everything has tick connection. But every time you click a channel a message comes up. Worked fine yesterday. Turned hub on and off and online procedures done but no improvement and can't find a number to contact you. We pay for a good service as we just moved from virgin but now it feels impossible to get through to anyone. Can you help please?
Thanks,
Vic

@Victoria+McCormic
There will be no automatic contact from Sky due to you posting on here as this is primarily a customer helps customer forum and you’re not talking to Sky Customer Services.
Have a look at this link
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal
but you may end up needing to arrange an engineer to check your dish isn't out of alignment.

At what point did the OP say that it was a communial dish?

No, but then I've no idea what you're trying to say here, either. But I stand by what I said, I can see no reference to the OP saying that they were on a communal / shared dish. If they own the property & hence the dish along with the cables from it, Sky or an independent can be arranged to look at them.

Re: Satellite connection
In fairness I too was wondering where you had got that possibility from and read the OPs post a couple of times to check.

@JordanBGoblin but that gives the op the number to make a complaint which is a different number for problems they would need to do the following
You can contact Sky by phone by dialling 150 if Sky is your phone provider or by following the link below
https://www.sky.com/help/home
scroll down to need more help click on this and you will find a phone number. If you are in ROI please change the flag at the bottom right to the ROI flag
