I have a Sky Q box. Will I still be able to watch Sky TV if my Satellite dish outside is removed as my house is renovating and I don't want to hang it back up.

Q is a dish-based system. Without a dish it won't receive live channels and other functionality will eventually cease.
If you want to stay with Sky then you would have to switch to a streaming option (Glass/Stream). You would have to return all Q hardware.

Re: Satellite Dish.
No, not through your Sky Q equipment.
