I have just got a Sky Q box, it is connected to my brand new Samsung tv and brand new q990 soundbar. The lip sync is out!!! I've read lots on here and the web about it. I've now connected the Q to the soundbar and the soundbar to the tv (e-arc) and the sound is still not 100% synced.
Can I not connect in the usual way, Q to tv and tv to soundbar? That way symphony sound will work. Will I ever be able to?
Tempted to cancel sky and send it all back as I've read somewhere that the BT box works fine. Any comments welcome
