Can you see your dish? Has there been any damage due to the weather?

Check the cables are fully attached at the back of your box.

Give the box a reboot - off at the wall for a minute then turn back on.

Hi @Barry1955   Is the Sky Q box turned on (green light) and the TV is on the correct HDMI input port?
