Returning sky box

I am returning my sky box and have been sent the box to return it in , however the sky box does not fit in the box. I don't want to be changed for not returning.

You can use whatever boxes you have or can get as this link will help you to print the return label if you need to and return it via Royal Mail:

Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.
