SOUND

NO SOUND ON ANY CHANNEL - HAVE TRIED VARIOUS OPTIONS TO NO AVAIL AND WOULD LIKE ENGINEER VISIT

hi @SDKASKLAS 

 

Have you tried power restarting (i.e. unplugging or switching off at mains) the TV.

 

We sometimes  find this restores sound for customers who loose it
