Problem adding Discovery Plus

Have been trying to add Discovery Plus however I had to abandon when I was checking out the terms and conditions on Discovery's site.  Received email from Sky confirming addition of D Plus and asking me to activate.  Following the link in email I tried to do this but got a message 'we can't do that at the moment. We hope to have everything back to normal soon.  Please try later'.  I've tried several times and couldn't get any further than said message.  Tried through Discovery Plus only to find that they don't recognise my email.  What am I doing wrong?  Also can't get through to speak to anyone in Sky. How on earth am I supposed to get this sorted?  I've tried everything they're telling me to do online. Any help would be appreciated thanks
