Extremely frustrating as SKYQ mini keeps freezing and losing connnection to SKYQ box, tyried all fixes with signal changes to BT Hub and SKYQ boxes

Hi, yes tried all of those things. I have now done the following :
Connecteted SKYQ main box via ethernet into BT smart Hub
Turned off Smart setting on BT Hub and set to channel 36.
Located BT WI-FI extender disc next to SYYQ mini located in another room and connected the Qmini via ethernet to the disc.
Turned off all WI-FI services both 5GHZ and 2.4 GHZ on SKYQ boxes.
Am monitoring but jkust using the BT network has been loads better, people say the min i has the use the 5GHZ connection via the SKYQ main box, not the case.

@IanE11 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
Then reboot your mini box
