SKYQ disconnecting from broadband
Hi,today the Qbox has consistantly disconnected from BB(BT) within 2 minutes of being reset..... I have used all the usual processes that are prompted, be it mains disconnect/wps button/password for BB reinputted etc.
Obvious;y this also affects the miniboxes networking too...laptops and phones are working uninterrupted on the wifi so I am wondering if the box is the problem?
other than witchcraft any one any insights? Thanks

Same here - we use Virginmedia - & the WiFi connection disappears so the Home Screen shows an error, a few hours later it comes back on.
Works for a few days then starts again.
Seems to be a long term problem for some.
I don’t work for Sky.

Try powerline adapters
btw you don't use wps with Sky Q and a BT router.
