SKY Q

I've not used my sky Q box for ages, my bills are up to date and my package is phone, broadband and sky Q box. 

when I tried to fix this problem, sky bot said to press the "Sky" or "?" On the remote but I don't have these on my remote. 

Can I attach a photo of my remote control.
