Do you currently have broadband? If yes then you just need to go into the Q box's network settings & add the SSID & Passcode from the router, if you have Sky broadband then you can also use WPS button on both the router & Q box to set up internet on the box.
The Sky Q box connects to a satellite to receive channels so WiFi is only required to access third party apps & possibly box updates.
