SKY Q static on Sky channels!

Hey All, 

lately, I have been noticing a new glitch happening 99.9% on Sky channels like 403, 406 , 512 and so forth. 

Basically, live content is showing static white lines or pixelation for 0.3 sec as soon as the picture is displayed. If seem to happen intermittently. 

I had Sky Engineer try a new Box , reset my own box and done full troubleshooting on my signal quality and strength which came out flawless but, the problem persists. 

Is this a Sky transponder issue on live content or something else?

Was the dish alignment checked (fully).  The quality and strength on the box is not the full spectrum.

If it was a Sky issue then there would be many posts here for sure...

Have you tried a different TV/HDMI lead to eliminate those?

Yes I have used a new certified HDMI. It can't be HDMI issue as all other channels are working fine except live Sky content.

Was that a 'yes' to the dish alignment check?  And different TV?  (Or even a different HDMI port)

You hit the nail on the head! 

No, that is the one thing that the engineer did not do. I asked that the LNB and dish should be realigned regardless of  the numbers on the box.

Dish alignment was not done. I am suspecting the issue could well be alignment despite the diagnostic tools reading positive numbers
