SKY Q set up

I've been given a date of 12th October for engineer visit, ridiculous. Anyone no a number to complain apart from the generic customer services number?

This is happening as Sky are moving towards streaming services where engineers are not required so there are less of them now compared to 10 years ago.

What do you need the engineer for, a new setup or just some troubleshooting?

A new set up', upgrading from old HD box.

Even though SKY have rediced the mumber of engineers that seems far too long - I would definitely query this.

 

BTW as you are upgrading from SKY HD, you may, also, wish to read some notes I have made for people considering switching from SKY +/HD to SKY Q
