SKY Q doesnt work in Ukraine on monthly rolling plan
Hi,
Please let me consider my questions to help forum.
1. As far as I have Sky Q what doesnt work (blocks)in Ukraine ;prase help me to understand how to return my tech device to Sky with international delivery and tepminate my subscription.
2. May be I have to contact Sky support for unlock my profile for use in Ukraine.

@Oleksiy Sky services won't work in Ukraine. You will have to find a way to contact Sky to cancel your subscription and return the equipment, you may be able to contact Sky via their social media accounts to see if they can help.
Sky Q taken out on a UK or Republic of Ireland subscription can only be used at the UK or ROI address on the account. This is covered in the T's and C's you agreed to. Sky will be expecting the Sky Q equipment to be returned somehow otherwise you will be charged non return fees.

Thanks @Daniel0210 that what I am trying to get sorted.. I have phone number to text to terminate my case. Would be much better to send cancel request from Sign In account with my messages service where it is not provided
