SKY Q box

"I'm keeping my existing Sky Q box. The engineer is installing Full Fibre at the property because I'm moving to a Full Fibre 150 + Essential TV + Netflix deal. Can you confirm that my Sky Q box will remain my TV/recording box and that I am not being moved to Sky Stream?"

@TOPBIRD1  Your post has been moved from the accessiblity board as this isn't a Sky Accessibility Service related issue.

We can't tell you if your're being moved to stream as we can't see what you ordered, do you have the order confirmation email?  Have you looked at what it shows?

If you have only ordered Fibre then your Sky Q won't be affected in any way whatsoever as your broadband servce does not affect what is stored on a Sky Q box.

Edit:  @nigea99  Is correct Essentials is a Stream package so seems you have been signed up to Sky Stream

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

hi @TOPBIRD1

I think you will need to contact SKY - Essential TV is not a SKY Q product but is a SKY Stream product
