SKY Q box will not stay connected to internet -

My SKY Q box will not stay connected to the internet. 

I have re booted both the box and the Wifi router... still not staying connected. 

stays connected for a short while and then falls out. 

I have checked my Internet connect - it is in good order and I am using the Wifi on other items without any issue.

Have you tried connecting directly by Ethernet ?
