SKY Q TV Box Return

Hello I recently changed my sky subscription and removed the SKY Q Box from my account. I sent the item back on the 26th June and would like to understand whether it has been received by Sky as all I see when checking the tracking number is that it has been received at the NDC Hub on the 27th June. Can someone from Sky please advise as for some  reason I have to go through this community chat to get an answer.

Doubt if you will get any communication from Sky acknowledging receipt.

Just make sure that you keep your proof of posting.

Sky don't normally acknowledge receiving equipment but will very quickley contact you if they think you haven't returned it.

 

Unipart are the company that deal with returns and are taking more than 2 weeks to process equipment at their warehouse. Let us know in this thread if Sky start chasing you for it and keep that proof of posting indefinitely.
