SKY Q Mini slow to respond

I have a main Sky Q and x2 Sky Q mini boxes and a Sky Booster. All of a sudden the Q Mini boxes are slow when selecting a channel, slow to respond when fast forwarding, etc etc, I have tried resetting and repairing everything on the newtork a number of times, I have done the rest on the main box in the hidden menu a number of times and it sometimes works OK for a few minutes and then goes back to not working again, also it takes 20 mins to load up the planner saying "searching for channels on the mini's after a rest, not sure what to do next.
