SKY Q BLUE LIGHT DOES NOT COME ON AND SAYS INTERNET ISSUES

Just lately this has happened twice.  I switch on my TV in my bedroom and blue screen saying Sky Q not connected to Internet.  I do eventually get it to work but only by switching on/off at the mains several times.  Why does this keep happening?  So annoying!
