SKY Dish moved slightly

My SKY dish seems to have moved slightly. The mini box is dipping out at times from the main box. I also have a small band of thin black lines appeared on the bottom of tv.

If the dish has moved slightly out of alignment you'll need to call Sky and book an engineer.

If the channel works fine on the main box then it won't be the satellite signal.  (As the main box caches it and passes it to the mini)

 

Can you post a picture of these black lines?  (I presume you've tried the usual power off/on and checked seating of cables)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
