Hi all,
I’m reporting what looks like a missing on-demand content format on Sky Q. I’ve tried logging this via Sky chat and email, but haven’t been able to get it raised successfully, so I’m posting here for visibility and assistance.
The series SEAL Team – Season 5, Episode 8 is only available in HD and UHD. All other episodes in Season 5 are available in SD, HD and UHD.
The SD version for Episode 8 appears to be missing entirely — there’s no option to select it. I’ve confirmed this on more than one Sky Q box, and other episodes in the same season download and play correctly in SD, so this doesn’t appear to be a box, settings, or broadband issue.
This looks like a content/asset availability issue for that specific episode.
If a Sky moderator could please raise this with the on-demand content or broadcasting team to check and correct the missing SD asset, that would be appreciated.

I’ll contact the Viewer Relations team as advised and will update the thread if I receive a response or once the issue is resolved.

Worth pointing out Sky rights to season 5 expire on Sunday so might not get fixed, season 5 will be on Dave from April (and maybe Paramount+)
