Ryder Cup graphics appalling quality

The quality of the overlay graphics on the Sky Sports Golf HD channel (406) is appalling with loads of artifacts around the text. 

Main Event UHD is just as bad as that's just upscaled even more to UHD.

Update on that - now you have specifically drawn my attention - on the UHD channel I do notice something intermitently especially if I go closer to my TV

Yeah, I noticed this as well on both HD and UHD, almost a "speckled" effect. Weird.

Glad it's not just me. The video is pretty good quality, but the reds in the graphics look like they are full of artifacts.

Shocking image quality. The feed is bad. When it cuts to inserts and pre records in crystal clear. So defo the poor feed.
