For over 2 weeks now our sky booster box has won't connect. Sky tv and internet won't work on the bottom 2 floors of our house. Open reach have been out and confirmed that speed into the house is fine and it's a faulty router. He did manage to connect it after over an hour of trying but it dropped out again a day later. I don't seem to be able to get in contact with sky to arrange for either someone to come and and check or for a replacement router. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Assume you have a Sky Q WiFi booster and are you on BT broadband?
Also where is the Booster located in relation to your Q boxes and exactly how and to what are you trying to connect the booster
